The Human Resources and Development Department at RAKTA conducted an introductory workshop on the HR Manual and Procedures to educate the employees about the provisions of the HR Regulations.
The workshop was presented by Mr. Raed Hamdan – Director of Policies and Regulations, where he reviewed the mechanism of vacations, promotions, general provisions for human resources and other topics.
