Board of Directors

RAKTA’s Board of Directors has been appointed in accordance with an Emiri Decree issued by His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council, Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah. The Board consists of a chairman and five members. This Board assumes supervision on the administrative and financial affairs, and it takes the decisions and procedures that it deems appropriate to achieve its goals and objectives.
