H.E. Eng. ESMAEEL HASAN ALBLOOSHI is the director general of Ras Al Khaimah Transport Authority (RAKTA), He holds a master’s degree in engineering management from Wollongong University in Dubai, and holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the American University of Sharjah, and Higher Diploma in Sports management from Sorbonne University in Abudhabi.
Al Blooshi is actively engaged in several boards and committees including member of the supreme committee for RAK Vision 2030, Board member of RAK International Airport, Airport EXCO committee, member of the Higher committee of RAK Energy and Renewable, member of RAK Infrastructure committee, and UITP board policy member
Since the establishment of RAKTA in 2007, we have been actively seeking to regulate, develop, organize and control the transportation sector in Ras al Khaimah, as well as to change the urban planning in RAK.
His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr al-Qasimi, a member of the Supreme Council, the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, has set us a vision and strategic goals that we are working to achieve, and we strive to develop integrated transport systems and smart services to achieve RAK government vision 2030.
The strategy of RAKTA is to provide smart and distinguished services to customers, and work to create an integrated system of transportation, as well as focus on safety and environmental sustainability, our aim to implement innovative services and work on developing strategic studies with our partners and working closely on.
Your innovative suggestions and ideas are being studied and implement to improve the transport sector in RAK City enhancing relationships with government and private sectors, and we thank you for your positive participation in achieving the vision of the RAK Government.
