    Service Description
    It is an issue of a card of representative of passengers’ transport activity and car rentals within and outside the Emirate.
    Terms And Conditions
    • Presence of the company’s representative – Activity should be only car rentals.
    Process
    • Visit RAKTA e-services portal
    • Log in as a registered member
    • Enter the required service page
    • Fill out the application form and upload the required documents
    • Get the approval
    • The electronic payment and the printing of the permit is made through the website
    Required Documents
    • Personal picture of representative.
    • Copy of passport and residence.
    • Letter of permit from the company stamped and signed by the license owner.
    • Copy of the license owner’s passport.
    • Copy of the trade license issued by the Department of Economic Development of any Emirate.
