RAKTA announced the allocation of vehicles equipped to transport the recovered from quarantine sites in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah to their homes inside and outside the emirate, in coordination with the Ministry of Health represented by Ibrahim Obaidullah Hospital, and this comes within its community initiatives and its national responsibility to confront the new Corona virus (COVID 19).
Where, H.E.Eng Esmaeel Hasan Al Blooshi – RAKTA General Manager confirmed that the provision of safe transport operations comes within the framework of the Authority’s efforts to strengthen and support the efforts of the first line of defense to confront the new Corona virus.
His Excellency indicated that a hotline has been allocated with the emergency and crisis management team in the authority to transfer recovered cases on a daily basis or when needed , In addition to taking all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of drivers and passengers, the authority also provided the vehicles with plastic insulation and they were subjected to daily sterilization operations after each trip.
