Out of RAKTA’s keenness to encourage and motivate distinguished drivers, Mr. Mohammed Hashem Esmaeel – Director of the Quality Control and Operations honored a number of distinguished drivers in the Hala e-hailing service through Careem application that was launched at the beginning of July 2020.
Confirming that motivation is a main factor in developing the level of service and raising the level of driver’s efficiency, by honoring distinguished and providing financial and in-kind prizes to drivers in order to reach the highest levels of excellence in the services provided to customers who use transportation in the Emirate.
Names of the honored drivers:
1- Qabil Jan – Al Hamra taxi driver
2- Haider Zaman – Arabia taxi driver
3- Nadar Khan – Arabia taxi driver
