Starting from the vision of Ras Al Khaimah Government of 2030, RAKTA launched strategic plan 2020-2025, which included 5 strategic GOALS, 15 strategic OBJECTIVES, and 49 performance indicators, through aN EVENT, held on 13-01-2020 attended by a large number of The directors of the GOVERNMENT departments in the Emirate of Ras Al-Khaimah, where the goals revolve around “the happiness of people, transportation integration, financial sustainability, tripartite sustainability, flexibility and future..”

“The EVENT included launch the announcement of many important strategic projects that will be launched during the current year. These projects focused on” operating the internal public transport service, providing electronic reservation service for taxis and limousines through the Karim application, the smart application for training drivers, the smart application for buses, Heritage Abras project, smart application project for school transportation, smart meters project in taxis, smart cameras project in taxis, transport project specialized in luxury vehicles, smart inspection project, digital transformation project for services through the MICROSOFT system DYNAMIC 365, Innovation Platform Project, Completion Project for Administrative Follow-up.

HE Eng. Esmail Hassan Al Baloshi, GENERAL MANAGER of RAKTA stated that the Authority focused to approve 2020-2025 strategic plan and the plan for developing the transportation and communications sector in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah to serve the vision 2030, Also the Authority will strive to provide the best services to the public to enhance the infrastructure system For the emirate, he added that the plan includes future innovative projects that will be announced later that will contribute to achieving integration in the transportation system and aimed at making people happy
