In implementation of the approved inspection visits plan for the Safety and Security Team, the team visited all RAKTA’s facilities from the Customer Happiness Center, the main bus station, Al Hamra Call Center, and to the maintenance workshop to take the necessary corrective measures. The team also informed, during the visit, of the preventive measures taken by the authority in preparation for buses re-operation to ensure the health and safety of all public transport users in the emirate.
