As part of RAKTA’s efforts to keep pace with the latest global trends in the transport sector, a delegation from the Ras Al Khaimah Transport Authority, headed by H.E. Eng. Esmaeel Hasan Al Blooshi – Director General of RAKTA, explored the latest transportation technologies and innovations on the sidelines of the UITP Global Public Transport Summit, held in Hamburg, Germany, from 15 to 18 June 2025.
The visit included a review of a range of smart mobility solutions and applications that support transport planning and the management of operational systems based on artificial intelligence technologies.
This visit is part of the RAKTA’s agenda to stay informed of the latest global developments and best practices in the transport sector, in line with the rapid progress in this field and to further enhance the efficiency of the transport ecosystem in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
