RAKTA in cooperation with the Excelledia Institute, conducted a training workshop on administrative systems internal auditing in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001-2015 system. This is due to RAKTA’s keenness to enhance the capabilities and competencies of employees regarding international quality systems. A number of departments employees and organizational units in the authority participated in the two-day workshop. The workshop aimed to provide the participants with the skills of writing reports on auditing effectively and how to follow up on corrective actions with the aim of improving processes and work procedures, applying international quality standards, in order to provide excellent service to customers.
