RAKTA held a training workshop on the job performance management system, which targeted all employees to raise their awareness about designing their individual goals and linking them to RAKTA’s strategic goals. Where the objectives of the workshop were discussed, including encouraging and motivating employees to achieve the set goals, create a competitive work environment among employees to raise the level of performance and job satisfaction, and to enhance individual achievements within teamwork spirit.
