RAK Transport Authority (RAKTA), via the virtual platform, held a coordination meeting with Hala to discuss ways to enhance the transport sector and the success of the Hala Taxi service through the Careem application.
H.E Eng. Esmaeel Hasan Al Blooshi, General Manager of RAKTA, welcomed the attendees, stressing the importance of this partnership in expanding the scope of service and increasing the turnout rate.
During the meeting, plans were discussed to improve and develop the services provided to the public and to maintain their confidence in accordance with international best practices.
H.E also thanked the work team for the efforts made and effective communication between the two parties at RAKTA and Hala in order to provide excellent services to customers and to achieve RAKTA’s vision 2020-2025.
The meeting was attended by Mrs. Clemence Duterte – CEO of Hala, Ms. Ann Sophie – Hala Marketing Manager, Mr. Mohamed Hashem Esmaeel – Director of Quality Control and Operations Department in RAKTA, and a number of employees of both organizations.
