RAKTA, represented by H.E Eng. Esmaeel Hasan Al Blooshi, the Director General, participated in a panel discussion held on the second day of the Middle East and North Africa Conference and Exhibition 2024. The session, featuring expert speakers, focused on governance and the necessary financing strategies to achieve zero emissions in transportation, alongside insights into effective governance structures and essential financing mechanisms for ensuring sustainable urban transport.
Additionally, RAKTA’s delegation visiting the exhibition toured several government and private sector platforms to explore prominent technologies and innovations. These included the Roads and Transport Authority platform in Dubai, the Transportation Security platform by Dubai Police, and the International Association of Public Transport (UITP) platform. Moreover, a series of meetings held on the sidelines of the exhibition covered topics related to innovations and challenges in the transportation sector, as well as discussions on collaboration opportunities among various leading companies and institutions in the field.
