As part of the precautionary measures followed by RAKTA to ensure passenger’s health and safety, RAKTA provided isolators for all taxis to ensure the highest level of protection for the customers. This measure aims to completely isolate the driver from passengers and avoid contact as part of further preventive measures against the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

RAKTA confirms the continuity of taking preventive measures and precautions in taxi vehicles, which include preventing customers from sitting in the front seat, as this procedure has been applied since the beginning of the crisis. Taxis are also sterilized permanently and after the completion of each trip, in addition to providing taxi drivers with masks, gloves and hand sanitizers to preserve the health and safety of society and customers.
