RAKTA takes a set of precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus

RAKTA has taken the following measures:

  1. All transactions in the customer happiness center are remotely transferred through the E-mail : cs@rakta.gov.ae or WhatsApp : +971 56 3634336
  2. Taxi services are normally available with daily sterilization from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, And from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM for the emergency trips by calling RAKTA free toll 8001700
  3. Temporary suspension of city bus and Intercity bus services
  4. Temporary suspension of sharing taxi service
  5. Temporary suspension of E- scooters service
