Within the framework of RAKTA’s strategy to enhance joint cooperation and exchange of experiences with various government agencies, a delegation from RAKTA visited the Integrated Transport Center (ITC) in Abu Dhabi. During the visit, they were briefed about the best practices of smart meters applied in taxis and the most important features. The delegation also undertook a field tour to see the most important work mechanisms in the center. RAKTA delegation included Mr. Mohamed Hashem Esmaeel – Director of Quality Control and Operations Department, Mr. Muhammed Eessa – IT and Mobility Solutions Manager, and Mr. Mustafa Al Saidi – Information System Specialist.
