RAKTA signs an agreement with Government of Ras Al Khaimah Broadcasting Authority

Within the framework of joint cooperation to enhance the role of Ras Al Khaimah Transport Authority (RAKTA) to develop the infrastructure of the transportation system in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, RAKTA entered into a partnership agreement with the Government of Ras Al Khaimah Broadcasting Authority as a leading media entity at the state level. This agreement aims to involve the media sector in spreading media awareness for all vital and sustainable projects of RAKTA to achieve a transport system in accordance with the best international standards.

The agreement was signed on behalf of RAKTA by H.E Eng. Esmaeel Hasan Al Blooshi, the General Manager, and H.E. Mohamed Ghanem, the General Manager of Government of Ras Al Khaimah Broadcasting Authority.

It is worth noting that the agreement serves to spread new and future projects and initiatives implemented by RAKTA, in order to support the knowledge of community members and change their perceptions about the transportation system in the emirate in order to encourage the use of transport of all kinds.

H.E. the General Manager RAKTA emphasized that this agreement serves the partnership and integration with the public sector in all its sectors. This is due to the authority’s belief in the media role played by the Government of Ras Al Khaimah Broadcasting Authority in spreading and educating citizens and residents about the endeavors and efforts made by government departments in the emirate to achieve its 2030 vision.

For his part, the General Manager of Government of Ras Al Khaimah Broadcasting Authority expressed his happiness with the signing of this agreement, which aims to enhance joint work within the exchange of technical and media experiences, pointing that Ras Al Khaimah Radio is keenness to provide the necessary support to all governmental and local authorities for the success of their initiatives and pioneering projects that serve the community.
