RAKTA’s security and safety team, in cooperation with Ras al Khaimah Civil Defense – Al Riffa Center, carried out an evacuation exercise for the main bus station, which included buses and administrative offices at the station.
Where H.E Eng. Esmaeel Hasan Al Blooshi, General Manager of RAKTA, indicated that the implementation of the evacuation exercises comes within the strategic plan of the Authority in the aspect of business continuity and occupational health and safety.
H.E stressed the importance of rehabilitating the human element, training, and raising its capabilities to face emergency situations in order to enhance and raise their efficiency and readiness.
H.E also thanked the joint evacuation team of civil defense and RAKTA’s security and safety team for their keenness and contribution to the success of the exercise and its implementation with high efficiency, according to the evacuation plan established in advance.
