RAKTA holds a training workshop on project management policy

RAKTA held a training workshop on project management policy at its headquarters, chaired by H.E Eng. Esmaeel Hasan AlBlooshi – General Manager of RAKTA. The workshop aims to upgrade the expertise and skills of employees in the field of project management. H.E discussed project governance, which includes planning, implementation, evaluation and monitoring, review and improvement. He also clarified the fields of knowledge for project management, including scope management, schedule management, cost management, risk management and other fields.

During the workshop, he indicated the importance of following up the implementation of project action plans according to the specified time dimension, by conducting a careful study of all challenges and finding alternative solutions to complete projects. In addition to the importance of planning and reviewing the lessons learned from the projects that have been completed during the previous period.

H.E affirmed that the authority seeks, through this policy, to raise the level of its practices in project management, compared to the best international and local practices in project management.
