A coordination meeting between RAKTA and RAK Police to discuss the traffic integration mechanism

RAKTA held a coordination meeting through the virtual platform with Ras Al Khaimah Police and the General Resources Authority to discuss the traffic integration mechanism between the two sides. The meeting was chaired by H.E. Eng. Esmaeel Hasan Al Blooshi, General Manager of RAKTA and in the presence of both H.E. Brigadier Jamal Al Tair – General Manager of General Resources and Support Services, and H.E. Maysoon Al Thahab – Acting General Manager of the General Resources Authority, in addition to a number of directors of departments from both sides.

During the meeting, a number of important topics were discussed, such as working on the completion of joint projects as the traffic integration project and the surveillance cameras project in public transport, and its role in enhancing the best security practices that RAKTA seeks in cooperation with RAK Police in a way that contributes to raising the level of transportation security in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

H.E. Eng. Esmaeel Hasan Al Blooshi also thanked the attendees for their efforts exerted through the joint work teams. As he confirmed the importance of cooperation and coordination between the various government agencies in a way that contributes to enhancing the quality of life for the residents of the emirate by providing safe, reliable, and smart transportation services in line with RAKTA’s vision 2020-2025. And the vision of the Ras Al Khaimah government 2030.

On his part, H.E. Brigadier Jamal Al Tair thanked and appreciated the efforts made by RAKTA in order to develop and improve the services provided to the public in accordance with the aspirations of our wise leadership to enhance the quality of life for the residents of Ras Al Khaimah.
