An awareness campaign about transportation lost and found procedures

RAKTA implemented an awareness campaign for taxi and bus drivers and call center employees about the procedures for reporting lost and found items, with the aim of reducing the lost and found rates and increasing the number of finds in transportation in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, through electronic bulletins and through “Al Bosala” smart application for training drivers.
