RAKTA transfers all transactions remotely in the customer happiness center

Dear customer, As part of ensuring the health and safety of the community and customers, and in the line of the precautionary measures taken by RAKTA to deal with the new coronavirus (COVID-19)

RAKTA announces that all transactions in the customer happiness center will be remotely transferred through E-mail communication cs@rakta.gov.ae
