During his inspection visit to the main bus station and the smart control and monitoring centre as part of RAKTA’s preparations for the year 2023, H.E Eng. Ismail Hassan Al Balooshi – General Manager of RAKTA – was briefed on the preparations of RAKTA’s operating team and the mechanism used in the control centre to manage the transport and communications fleet during the New Year’s holiday. This is accomplished through the management of real-time information and data received by the centre, so that taxis are directed to areas where service demand increases, facilitating customer movement between the various regions of the emirate.
During the visit, H.E directed the need to work in accordance with the approved operational plan and to redouble the efforts of all field teams to provide safe, reliable and smart transport services associated with the needs and requirements of customers, in order to achieve the first strategic goal of RAKTA “People Happiness”.
