RAKTA has provided its employees with an electronic platform called “Knowledge Hub” through which the employee attends remote training courses in various fields. This platform aims to continue the training courses under these conditions and enabling employees to acquire skills and learn about important rules and concepts to implement the tasks required at work. It also focuses on developing the capabilities of employees and their knowledge tools.
The Human Resources and Development Department of the Authority was also keen to encourage all employees to attend training courses that would sharpen their administrative and professional skills, which reflects positively on raising the level and skill of employees and developing their knowledge capabilities.
