The Department of Human Resources and Development at RAKTA organized the first customer forum for 2020 held at the headquarter of the Authority, through which the customers were honored with the feasible proposals The meeting comes within the framework of the Authority’s keenness to develop the services beyond the expectations of customers in order to provide happiness services to the customers. On the other hand, He thanked He Engineer Esmaeel Hassan Al Bloushi, General manager of rakta, the customers for their participation in their development ideas, which lead to improvement in the services provided to them, as stressed the importance of these meetings in strengthening relations between rakta and its customers and its active role in opening the door to discussion with customers to know their needs and listen to them in the public interest and facilitate the procedures and achieve the vision of the government of Ras al khaimah 2030
